A Rochester woman and her boyfriend have entered not guilty pleas on charges they killed the woman's three-year-old son.
Andrea Lipton is charged with manslaughter in the beating death of Kei'Mere Marshall.
Anthony Love is charged with murder and manslaughter.
The boy died in July after he was found not breathing at home on Avenue C. He never regained consciousness.
Investigators believe Love beat the boy, and Lipton failed to take the him to the hospital for treatment.
