New York is adding four states to the COVID-19 quarantine list and removing two territories, while five more deaths have been attributed to the disease.
Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, and West Virginia are the states being added to the quarantine list, while Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands have been removed.
Governor Cuomo says the state's testing program continues to see close to one-percent of all tests come back positive, and that testing has been below one percent for 32 days.
But he says that colleges are going to become a real problem for the state. Cuomo says COVID cases have already created problems at SUNY Oneonta, Cornell, Buffalo, Hofstra, Oswego, Colgate, Fredonia. He says socializing on college campuses is leading to the increase in infections.
