Three fraternities and nine students at SUNY Geneseo are on interim suspension for breaking Geneseo's COVID-19 rules.
One fraternity, Theta Chi, was suspended after reports it hosted a party at the fraternity house Friday night without any social distancing or wearing of masks.
A conduct review is underway.
Geneseo Police say in the last week-and-a-half they've responded to three off-campus residences at which SUNY Geneseo students were gathering without observing social distancing or masking rules.
Those parties were broken up and the information turned over to the college.
