A Rochester man has been charged for phoning in a bomb threat to Channel 8.
Police searched the building on Humboldt Street last night, and closed off the nearby streets, but found no bomb.
The follow-up investigation led to the arrest of 52-year-old Daryl Albright on a charge of aggravated harassment.
