Rochester police have arrested a city man for a weekend shooting.
Twenty-one-year-old Thomas Johns is charged with assault, reckless endangering and a weapon crime.
The shooting happened Sunday afternoon on Sixth Street, near Bay Street, and wounded a 50-year-old man.
