Rochester Police are investigating a shooting incident early Wednesday afternoon on Chili Avenue near Woodbine Street.
The victim is a city man in his 20s who was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital by his friends. Police say he suffered a serious gunshot wound to the lower body. No suspects are in custody yet and police are asking anyone with information to phone in a tip to Crime Stoppers or 911.
