A Rochester man is being charged with DWI for a roll-over crash on Route 531 near the 490 interchange.
It happened around 6:45 last night and closed the eastbound lanes for about two hours.
Deputies say Jose Gutierrez was speeding and lost control of his car. It hit some trees in the median and the car flipped over.
Gutierrez was thrown from the car and was seriously injured. He is expected to survive.
