Rochester Police say a 14-year-old escaped with minor injuries when he was hit by a car yesterday evening on North Clinton Avenue at Evergreen Street. The driver, a 38-year-old city man, remained on scene and cooperated with police. No tickets were issued. The teenager was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment and is recovering.
