The Rochester City School District has opened the 30-day public comment period on its School Safety Plan.
The district says it is an all-hazards approach to crisis management and it focuses on prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery procedures.
A copy of the plan is available on the district’s website.
Written comments can be submitted online ahead of the school board's public hearing on the plan September 22nd.
