Governor Cuomo says despite coronavirus numbers being great for 12 straight days in New York state, New Yorkers can't become complacent.
The governor says COVID-19 is not over and a second wave is coming because of flu season starting.
The governor also says he wants schools to make sure on reopening they can test and do contact tracing effectively. He added we're only in half-time in the coronavirus battle and the situation is still ongoing.
