Rochester police say no one was hurt when a suspected carjacker crashed a stolen car into an apartment building on Joseph Avenue.
It happened overnight as police were chasing the car, that had been taken at gunpoint on Flint Street.
Two young men and a teenager ran from the crashed car but were quickly arrested.
Fire inspectors determined the apartment building is not safe for the residents.
