A second arrest has been made in connection with a homicide that prompted a manhunt near the Waterloo Outlets earlier this month.
State Police have charged 23-year-old Romero Collier of Syracuse with second degree murder in connection with the death of 21-year-old Tyler McBain in Oneida Castle on August 4th.
Collier and 22-year-old Travon Golden of Canandaigua allegedly fled the scene, then abandoned their SUV in the woods off Route 318 in Junius, prompting the day-long search.
Golden is also charged with 2nd-degree murder.
Both are being held without bail.
