New York is allowing bowling alleys to re-open for the first time since COVID-19 shutdowns in March. Governor Andrew Cuomo says capacity will be capped at 50-percent, with every other lane closed, and food orders brought directly to the lane by wait staff. Cuomo added he'll also issue re-opening guidelines for gyms and fitness centers on Monday.
New York's continuing to test an average of 87-thousand-people per day, and the COVID-19 positivity rate has remained below one-percent for a week straight.
Governor Cuomo says with such a large sample size, it's encouraging to see the state's numbers holding steady.
