Rochester Police are identifying the man who was killed following a hit and run crash yesterday morning.
Police say the victim is 33-year old, D-Markos Trammell of Rochester.
The incident happened around three o'clock on North Union Street, when the vehicle hit Trammell and didn't stop.
Witnesses told authorities that Trammell may have been lying in the street when he was struck.
Police say they don't suspect foul play at this time and it's possible the driver didn't realize they had struck a person in the roadway.
