A Rochester woman is recovering, after the city's latest shooting.
Police say a 28-year-old woman was shot once in the lower body on Rugby Avenue, near Arnett Boulevard, just after 10 o'clock.
The victim was taken to Strong Hospital, but is expected to survive.
No arrests yet, and anyone with information is asked to call 911.
