The woman found guilty of supplying William Spengler with the firearms he used in the West Webster Fire Department ambush has been denied a request for home confinement.
Dawn Nguyen wanted to be released from prison for the rest of her sentence because of COVID-19.
A U.S. District Court Judge in Rochester denied her motion.
Nguyen was sentenced to eight years in prison for providing the guns Spengler used to shoot four firefighters in West Webster on Christmas Eve in 2012.
