There has been another homicide in Rochester -- the 21st in the city this year.
Police say 21-year-old Zahr Butler was found shot once in the torso on Ok Terrace, off Hollenbeck Street.
He died at the scene.
Police say they dispersed a large group on Clinton Avenue about 10 minutes before the shooting, and many of the same people were at the homicide scene.
No one has been arrested.
