A husband and wife from Lima have been arrested on felony charges after allegedly stealing a dead person's credit card and using it to make repeated ATM withdrawals and online purchases.
The Livingston County Sheriff's Office says 52-year-old Gene Snyder and 43-year-old Melanie Snyder have been charged with grand larceny and identity theft. The crimes took place over a week in May.
Both were released on appearance tickets.
