The Town of Irondequoit says a child attending a camp program at Camp Eastman has tested positive for COVID-19.
Town Supervisor Dave Seeley says that all parents of children at the camp have been notified.
He says there is a low likelihood the child caught the virus at the camp.
Under state COVID-19 guidelines, campers are kept isolated in groups of 10, with two counselors. Most of the activities take place outdoors.
