The number of confirmed coronavirus cases across New York State has crossed a milestone -- 400,000 since the start of the pandemic.
The state says there were 786 new cases yesterday and 8 new deaths. The death total is just shy of 25,000.
Roughly one percent of all tests statewide yesterday were positive.
