Two people were killed early this morning in a collision between a motorcycle and a car at St. Paul Street and Avenue B in Rochester. Police say the motorcycle rider was fatally injured and pronounced dead at the scene. His female passenger was seriously injured and pronounced dead later at the hospital. The 19-year-old driver of the car wasn't injured. Police say they're not anticipating any charges at this time.
