United States Marshals have arrested a Puerto Rican man in Rochester who was wanted for murder on the Island.
Marshals say 23-year-old Paulino Arce-DeJesus was wanted for first degree murder and weapons violations for allegedly shooting another man in the back of the head in Puerto Rico two-and-a-half years ago. He's been on the run since then.
Rochester Police and the Marshals Service learned Arce-DeJesus was in Rochester, and took him into custody on Park Avenue Thursday night. He'll be held as a fugitive from justice.
