We are hearing more from the governor about plans to enforce the new quarantine on people traveling to New York from states with a high rate of COVID-19 infections.
Governor Cuomo says the state will randomly check passengers on flights arriving in the state.
He says inspectors will randomly look at names on passenger lists and call them to make certain they are quarantining for 14 days.
People who don't comply could face a court order, or even a fine.
