This afternoon, we've been watching city crews close off Court Street near Martin Luther King Park in downtown Rochester and lay out a sign on the street. Once they started painting it became clear: Rochester is getting a "Black Lives Matter" street mural. We can make out the chalk outlines of the unfinished letters from our newsroom. Nothing like a front row seat!
