Officers say a 16-year-old city girl was shot in the foot about 2:45 this morning on Dewey Avenue in Rochester. The girl went to Rochester General Hospital for help and is expected to recover. Police say the incident occurred outside a Sunoco mini-mart near Dewey and Lexington Avenues.
