Rochester police have released the names and hometowns of the 13 people arrested after Saturday's Black Lives Matter protest devolved in vandalism and looting.
Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren said over the weekend the violence was caused by people from outside the community -- but 12 of those arrested live in Rochester and one lives in Gates.
Police say they will be making more arrests.
