Governor Cuomo says COVID-19 testing data is very encouraging, as two regions of the state get ready to move into Phase Two of re-opening.
Out of nearly 50-thousand people tested Sunday, less than one-thousand were positive for coronavirus.
Cuomo says that's the lowest percentage since wide-spread testing began in March.
The Buffalo region will enter Phase Two today, while the Albany region will do the same tomorrow.
