The Monroe County Sheriff's Office has announced the arrest of three Rochester men in connection with a breakin early Sunday morning at the AT&T store on Jefferson Road in Henrietta.
Deputies responding to a glass break alarm noted the door broken in and four men inside the location. All four ran when confronted, but deputies ran one of the suspects down and arrested him. The two others were then arrested after a K-9 unit tracked them to a business on Jay Scutti Boulevard. The fourth suspect got away and deputies are working to identify him.
Found in possession of stolen property from AT&T were 22-year-old Tevin Giles, 25-year-old Anthony Sargeant Jr. and 33-year-old William Maddox, all of Rochester. All have now been released on their own recognizance.
