Monroe County Legislator Rachel Barnhart says she and her allies may have won their legal fight over the selection of a Democratic Party election commissioner.
At a hearing today, the judge asked for a plan by Monday that would allow the members of the Democratic Committee to choose a commissioner.
The head of Barnhart's legislative caucus, Vincent Felder, has been conducting a separate process to screen candidates for the job. Barnhart and some other Democrats went to court to block Felder and the head of the County Democratic Committee.
