The three major Rochester-area malls are looking to open on Monday, June 1st as part of Phase 2.
Wilmorite owns Eastview Mall, The Marketplace and The Mall at Greece Ridge. They say they haven't received any word yet from Governor Cuomo's office but believe they'll be able to open on Monday. That also covers Pittsford Plaza, which is also a Wilmorite property.
Each store or business needs to have its own coronavirus plan and is responsible for social distancing and people wearing masks.
