The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says no charges will be filed against a driver involved in last week's fatal crash between a car and a bicycle on West Henrietta Road.
The crash at West Henrietta and Martin Roads remains under investigation. Deputies say it appears 13-year-old Liam Ronan rode across the intersection without stopping for the stop sign. He was hit by the oncoming car and was pronounced dead at the scene.
