The Monroe County Sheriff's Office confirms there's been a fatal accident at West Henrietta Road at Martin Road. Deputies say it involved a car hitting a bicycle rider. It happened about 4:00 p.m. and West Henrietta Road remains closed both ways between Martin Road and Overland Trail.
The sheriff's office hasn't released any further information yet pending notification of the victim's family.
