Robert Franklin, who started in the job as the Rochester City School District’s new Chief Financial Officer in January, is back at his former job.
Monroe County Executive Adam Bello announced today that Robert would be returning to his former job also as also as the Chief Financial Officer with Monroe County.
Franklin will begin June 15th, according to Monroe County officials.
