The Ontario County Sheriff's Office says a Texas woman led deputies on a chase down the Thruway early this morning.
Deputies stopped 54-year-old Hailene Hall on Route 21 in Manchester for a broken windshield, then learned she had an active warrant in Texas for manufacturing and distributing Methamphetamine. Hall fled when the deputies tried to arrest her, and was finally stopped on the Thruway in Onondaga County after her tires were deflated with spike strips.
Hall faces numerous charges including being a fugitive from justice and fleeing a police officer.
