Mayor Lovely Warren says it is a travesty the Rochester City School District could lose another superintendent -- especially during the district's fiscal crisis.
Her statement follows word that Superintendent Terry Dade is frustrated with the school board, and wants to leave after less than a year on the job.
The board has been pushing back against Dade's budget cuts.
Mayor Warren says -- in her words -- "rather than deal with a catastrophe of their own creation, the school board has chosen to attempt to disgrace and destroy another leader that dare speak the truth.'
