There is an update on the condition of former state Senator Ted O'Brien.
He's been hospitalized with COVID-19 since last month.
His wife says on Facebook he is still on a ventilator, but is out of the intensive care unit.
O’Brien is the Assistant State Attorney General for the Rochester Regional Office.
