Governor Cuomo says it appears his state is past the apex of the coronavirus curve. Cuomo says the state has successfully changed the curve.
He said as bad as the numbers are, they are not as bad as original projections.
He called the lives lost a lagging indicator. Nearly 200-thousand people in the state were infected and more than ten-thousand have died.
