The Rochester Police Department is working to make sure its officers are protected from coronavirus while on the job.
Chief La'Ron Singletary says several policies have been put in place, including lowering the number of medical calls officers go to and making sure department vehicles are consistantly sanitized.
Officers are also allowed to wear personal protective equipment during their shift.
Chief Singletary tells 13WHAM despite these changes it is still buisness as usual for his officers.
