The Monroe County Health Department says there have been 712 cases of COVID-19 locally as of this afternoon. There have been sixl deaths over the past 24 hours, so the total is now 46. Eighty five patients are hospitalized, and nearly 40 of them are in intensive care. More than 440 people remain on mandatory quarantine.
