One of the biggest tech companies in the world is stepping up to help New Yorkers file unemployment claims.
Google says it'll help the state create a new website, since the current one is being overwhelmed by the many people who have been laid off recently.
The website should be online by the end of the week.
The state labor department is also increasing the number of phone-bank workers to help field questions from people who are unemployed.
