A team from UR Medicine is headed to New York City to help care for COVID-19 patients.
The 15 Emergency Medicine volunteer from Strong Hospital will be working this week at Northwell Health in New York.
Officials at Strong hospital say the team will not only be helping their colleagues downstate but they will bring back experience and knowledge that can help Strong prepare as the local caseload increases.
