A new masking policy is being implemented in Monroe County.
County Executive Adam Bello is encouraging all residents to wear masks or face coverings when they are out in public places.
Bello is urging people to make their own if they don't have one. He says residents can also make no-sew masks with some fabric and rubber bands.
Officials say even if you feel fine and are out in public, you could be asymptomatic and spreading the disease without knowing it.
