Rochester and Irondequoit Police Responded to the report of a male with a inside a vehicle with a gun on Portland Ave.
Police say they stopped a Vehicle on Carter St. matching the description.
Officers then arrested 38 year old Rasheen Green and charged him with Criminal Possession of a Weapon after finding a loaded handgun inside the vehicle.
He was taken to Monroe County Jail and will be arraigned in Rochester City Court.
