The City of Rochester is taking several steps to help residents and businesses during the coronavirus outbreak.
Mayor Warren says the due dates for 4th quarter City property tax, water and refuse payments are being pushed back to April 30. The payments had been due today.
The city’s Financial Empowerment Centers are also offering free financial counseling.
