Lawmakers are still working to hammer out a state budget ahead of Wednesday's deadline.
Members of the Legislature are expected to start taking a look at budget bills today.
The governor says negotiations continue on several key issues -- including bail reform and legalizing gestational surrogacy.
He also says the final budget agreement will likely include major cuts to education funding.
