Small businesses in Monroe County affected by the COVID-19 pandemic are getting some much needed help.
County Executive Adam Bello has created an Emergency Small Business Assistance loan program.
It offers zero interest loans of up to $10,000 to businesses with 50 or fewer full-time employees.
Qualifying businesses will have to submit an application.
Officials hope to have those applications processed and approved -- and loans paid out -- within 7 business days.
