Rochester Police say they have arrested 4 teen age boys and charged them with Robbery and Grand Larceny.
The Teen's Allegedly robbed a female today of her vehicle on Post Avenue.
Officers were able to locate vehicle in the area of Child and Texas street.
The Boys ran away and were arrested shortly after.
