Governor Cuomo says all SUNY and City University schools will be moving to a "distance learning model" for the rest of the semester -- starting next Thursday.
That means many classes will be held online to help reduce the number of college students on campuses.
Cuomo says there may be some exceptions to avoid hardships, but most students will be released.
