Governor Cuomo is updating the public on the number of confirmed cases of the coronavirus in the state.
Cuomo says there are 11 new positive cases of the virus since last night, bringing the total number to 22 cases.
- 8 are in Westchester, all mild or no symptoms
- 2 are in NYC, both individuals hospitalized
- 1 is in Nassau County, a 42 year old man, also hospitalized
The governor says we should prepare to see the number of confirmed cases continue to go up. Cuomo says they are performing 100 to 200 tests a day.
