Rochester Police have made an arrest in a homicide back in August.
Ronnie Jordan is charged in an indictment with second degree murder, four gun crimes and five drug charges.
Police say their investigation began August 3, when they were called to Fulton Avenue for the report of a man shot.
They found Tremel Ingram dead from a gunshot wound to the upper body.
Jordan is in the Livingston County Jail on unrelated charges.
